Owls are wise and babycool. Coffee Supreme have a beaut Owl (sorry, I mean Morepork, Mr Dillon, to which My Auntie Carne says "Ruru!") on one of their takeaway cups. The one just above is from Muji. The middle one I'd like to use to design some cool cushions for my room.

Mommy and Daddy bought an uncut roll of Art Spiegelman's Wacky Packages stickers on one of there trips to NYC. they found it in a street market in the lower East Side.

I look at them every day when i have breakfast and dinner. They're babycool Mr Spiegelman!

I always thought Mommy and Daddy were crazy for having this collection of brushes. As I get closer to two years old I'm starting to appreciate the quality and craftmans-ship of these oak and horse hair brushes. Elegantly babycool...

Wayne Youle

Ma and Pa took me to the Wayne Youle exhibition at Pataka on the weekend. Apparently they had seen him give a talk at Suite in Newtown earlier in the year and were keen to check out his work. I think it's awesome. Look at his lolly pops both Hei Tiki and Skulls - he has an awesoem sense of humour. Has gang and biculutral referencing too apparently. All I know is that I'd be keen to meet this guy and have his works on my wall - he's babycool!

Hey Mav! My sunglasses are the real deal. US Marine issue Randolph Engineering, not those trendy Ran Ban ones that Tom Cruise wore in Top Gun. Mommy has the amber glass versions, the real big ones. Babycool!

Futuristic Airport Architecture

So New York is my favourite city. I haven't been there, but I know it is. It's like my home away from home, the place I feel I can most be me. Hmm, well Ma and Pa better take me there soon so I can find out.

The TWA Terminal at Kennedy airport is so babycool I just want to hop on my mini Vespa and ride all over it. Imagine scooting in that baggage hold!! Mr Saarinen really had an interesting mind, don't you think.

And of course going through LAX on the way to NYC. The only babycool thing about LAX is the LAX building, and that is 100% babycool.
